I have been a bodywork therapist, holistic teacher & lecturer for over 25 years, and a yoga teacher for over 10 years. Specialising in supporting, nurturing and intuitively guiding women during key transitional female life cycles - maiden and mother. My name means 'she who hears' and I enjoy living my life with a mystical perspective. My Divine given purpose is to listen, share knowledge and experience to remind women of their innate power - Reigniting and awakening their own wisdom, strength, peace and truth.
